During the month of Ramadan, your charity helped 36,643 people to have enough food to break their fast.
In Bangladesh, Gaza, Iraq, Pakistan, Somalia, and Yemen, your donations supported some of the most vulnerable people as they endured food shortages, displacement, war and disease.
You provided around 21,000 people with hot iftar meals, and another 16,000 people with nutritious food parcels that lasted them the entire month.
Our Feed the Fasting campaign also delivered daily meals throughout the whole month to 703 Rohingya refugees living in Bangladesh, and supported 10,770 of the most vulnerable people across Yemen.
Here in the UK, you supported your own community by providing 258 people with emergency food packs through Manchester Central Food bank.
At Human Appeal, we consider it a blessing to be able to Feed the Fasting every year. But even though Ramadan has ended, our work continues; we work year-round to fight the causes of hunger, helping people to get back on their feet by providing healthcare, education, livelihood training, and sustainable access to water.
We know that none of this would be possible without your generosity, and for that, we’d like to say one big thank you.
JazakAllah khair for your continued support.
