September 23 was the deadliest day in Lebanon since the crisis began nearly a year ago. In just a matter of days, over 620 people in Lebanon have been killed, including at least 50 children. Since last October, over 1,800 people have been killed – including children – and more than 1.2 million people have been displaced as families flee in fear of being the next victims.

Education across southern Lebanon has come to a standstill. Over 4,000 residential buildings have already been damaged.
Hundreds of airstrikes have devastated residential areas, leaving families in terror as they flee the south of the country.
Human Appeal is on the ground supporting the people of Lebanon
In just three days, scores of bombs have killed over 600 of people in Lebanon, damaging schools, homes, and roads and other infrastructure. More than 1.2 million people have been forced to flee with little time, they urgently need nourishing food.
Each family-sized meal will contain a chicken, 1.5 kilograms of rice, a kilo of yoghurt, a kilo of fruit and vegetables, 200 grams of dates and a local dessert.
Our team on the ground in Lebanon is providing food parcels, hygiene kits, and shelter kits to help families to cope with the sudden and extreme insecurity.

On 28th September, we distributed hot meals to 135 people in Saida.
On 29th September, we delivered 56 hot meals to families in shelters at Saida.
On 2nd October, we distributed 50 hygiene kits in the displacement camp at Ahmad Bolbol Public School.
On 2nd October, we distributed 50 food parcels in Saida.
On 3rd October, we distributed 56 food parcels to families sheltering in Zaidan Parking Shelter in South Lebanon.
