Feed a Fasting Family for a Month in Afghanistan, Lebanon, Somalia, Sudan, Türkiye, or the West Bank
“Whoever gives food to a fasting person to break his fast, shall have his sins forgiven, and he will be saved from the Fire of Hell, and he shall have the same reward as the fasting person, without his reward being diminished at all." (Ibn Khuzaymah)

A mercy to families in conflict and crisis
£90 will provide a month of suhoors and iftars to a family in Afghanistan, Lebanon, Somalia, Sudan, Türkiye, or the West Bank. Your charity will help families to eat well and observe Ramadan without worrying about where their next meal will come from.
When you provide an iftar to a fasting person, you’re rewarded with the same blessings as the person who fasted. Provide up to 180 iftars this Ramadan, and receive multiplied rewards in the holy month.
Famine is spreading in Sudan. Currently, people in five areas of the country – many of them displaced by conflict – are experiencing famine, with many other areas enduring extreme hunger and at risk of famine. Help us provide nourishing iftars to forgotten families.
In Afghanistan, 14.8 million people are facing hunger and 3.5 million children are malnourished. They urgently need help to have enough to eat this Ramadan.
In Lebanon, families are struggling to cope after 14 months of war. 65% of people here need humanitarian help. Your food parcels will help Palestinian and Syrian refugees, as well as vulnerable Lebanese families in Saida, to eat well.
Families in Somalia were already struggling to recover from the worst drought in the country’s history when the localized floods affected hundreds of thousands in mid-2024. Now, 3.6 million people are facing starvation and need help to have enough food this Ramadan.
In Türkiye, we’ll be supporting vulnerable Turkish families as well as Syrian refugees in Gaziantep, with a focus on families containing widows, orphans, older people, and those with disabilities.
In the Palestinian West Bank, where families are enduring violence and oppression, we’ll be supporting refugees in Jenin and Nour Shams, helping them to eat well throughout the holy month.
In Palestine, Afghanistan, Lebanon, Somalia, and Türkiye, your food parcel will provide both iftar and suhoor to a family for the month of Ramadan.
